Typically, a deposit is required to secure the date, although this can vary depending on your chosen wedding package. Your wedding coordinator will advise you of the timing of subsequent payments. The final balance is due 1 week before the wedding date.
Your final guest numbers must be confirmed 3 days before your wedding.
Menu tastings typically take place 3 or 4 months before the wedding. A final wedding planning meeting usually takes place 6 weeks before the wedding.
