The custom-made iconic dining bar in Vi's restaurant is a landmark centrepiece of the new lobby.
Named after Violette Lawlor, daughter-in-law to Brigid Lawlor the hotel founder, Vi was described in national papers as, "a glamorous socialite with a glass of bubbles in her hand", she was celebrated for her style and elegance and her parties were renowned.
Executive Chef Liam Forde, Executive Sous Chef Kieran Ward and Vi's Head Chef Simon O'Callaghan have collaborated to create a modern contemporary style menu that celebrates the high-quality ingredients available here in Ireland. Vi's restaurant menu combines the tastes and flavours of land and sea with locally sourced Kildare ingredients for Vi's lunch and dinner menus. We are excited to welcome guests to Vi's to enjoy carefully crafted menus that we have tested and enhanced over the months leading up to the opening.
Vi's is a full dining experience and the menu is complimented by an extensive wine list that offers variety and ranges of flavours, this carefully curated wine list features Lady Vi's vault for wine connoisseurs and a discovery section that introduces new flavours and vineyards for those who want to try something new.
Cormac, Vi's Bar Manager has created a delicious and suitably elegant cocktail, Lady Vi's cocktail which includes Pink Champagne for you to enjoy.
For special occasions, The Linen Room, overlooking Vi’s Restaurant will host semi-private parties.
Vi's is open for Sunday lunch from 1pm to 3pm and dinner Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 9pm.
