The custom-made iconic dining bar in Vi's restaurant is a landmark centrepiece of the new lobby.
Named after Violette Lawlor, daughter-in-law to Brigid Lawlor the hotel founder, Vi was described in national papers as, "a glamorous socialite with a glass of bubbles in her hand", she was celebrated for her style and elegance and her parties were renowned.
Executive Chef Ronny Wolf, Vi's Head Chef Simon O'Callaghan and Executive Sous Chef Kieran Ward have collaborated to create a modern contemporary style menu that celebrates the high-quality ingredients available here in Ireland. Vi's restaurant menu combines the tastes and flavours of land and sea with locally sourced Kildare ingredients. Enjoy seasonal cocktail specials seated at the icon round bar.
Vi's is open for dining on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 9pm, and Sunday from 1pm to 4pm.
