Lawlor’s of Naas is expanding our leadership team, and we’re looking for a passionate, guest-focused Hotel Duty Manager to help deliver exceptional service in our busy, four-star hotel.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar hotel management role 
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset 
  • Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends 
  • Computer literate (ideally Hotsoft/Vectron literate). 
  • Can work on their own initiative. 
  • Want to be part of a progressive team/hotel 
  • Reliable and trustworthy. 

 What you will do:

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations.
  • Lead and support front-line teams across departments. 
  • Ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience. 
  • Act as the go-to manager for guest queries and operational decisions. 
  • Uphold our high standards in service, safety, and hospitality.

Banqueting Manager

 

Job description 

Lawlor’s of Naas is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Banqueting Manager to lead our events and banqueting operations. From elegant weddings to private dining and banquets, you'll help us deliver exceptional and memorable experiences for every guest.  

 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Proven experience managing banqueting or large-scale events in a hotel or hospitality setting 
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills 
  • A flair for creativity and attention to detail 
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required  

 What you will do: 

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of weddings, private dining, and banquets 
  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team of event service staff 
  • Coordinate closely with all departments to ensure seamless event execution 
  • Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction 
  • Uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene standards 
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to continuously improve service
